The Cultural Action "NIKANDRE" (of Naxos) is performing on Friday, August 19, 2016 in the morning, a cultural excursion to the famous religious and historical monuments, the Byzantine churches: Drossiani Virgin Mary (near Moni village), St. George Diasoritis and Virgin Mary Panayia Protothroni (at Halki), monuments of great national and international importance. After the visit to these temples, trippers will have the opportunity to visit the distillery "Vallindras" in Halki, which makes the unique in Greece and characteristic product of Naxos, the "Kitron" liqueur .

Transportation by tour  bus. The start will be from the seaside main street of the town at 9.00 am: a) in front of OTE store and b) from the start of  the KTEL bus service. Also from the bus stop in front of the St. Nicodemus' church  (at Elli's region) in the town. Register your participation on time. Positions relatively limited.

Price of participation: ten  (10) euros per person. Reduced prices for families, children and students. The sightseeing information will be in an exemplary way in Greek and English.
